The taking possession of the rooms is carried out between 4 pm and 9 pm . If you believe that it will be impossible for you to respect the hour of arrival want to make us share of it before make a reservation, thank you!

No refund is garanted for a late arrival (afterwards 9 pm) and / or a hasty departure.

Payment method and deposit:

18 days before the date of your stay we will take 50% of the total amount of the reservation on your credit card .48 hours before your date of arrival on our premises will take ourselves totality of the amount of the reservation, if the credit card is invalide we cancel the reservation , thank you for your understanding!

To garantee a reservation , a valid credit card number along with it's expiration date is mandatory .

Cancelation Policies:

Because of our small size , cancellations affect us significantly .
Although we understand emergencies that unfortunately happen last minute cancellation do not give us always time to re-let your room .

No show: The total amount of the reservation will be non-refundable.

Cancellation - clause 1: If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable.

Cancellation - clause 2: If the reservation is cancelled between 18 days and 48 hours before the day of arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be non-refundable.

The pets are interdict in the Inn and rooms. The Inn and the rooms are not smoker, thank you for your comprehension.

People who violate our policy of and nonsmoker pets of the fees of cleaning of $100 parts them will be charged.
